Iron Maiden is a British heavy metal band founded in 1975 by bassist and only original member Steve Harris. After several auditions and several lineup changes, it settled with vocalist Paul Di'Anno, guitarists Dave Murray and Dennis Stratton and drummer Clive Burr. They released their eponymous debut album in 1980, quickly becoming one of the most representative groups of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal. Later that same year, Stratton was replaced by guitarist Adrian Smith, with whom he published the successful and consistent Killers (1981), 1 singer Bruce Dickinson replaced Di'Anno to, marking the beginning of a series of releases of impact entering at the top (the Top 10) lists the most vendidos.2

Iron Maiden History
The History of Iron Maiden Part in 1971, when Steve Harris inspired by bands like Wishbone Ash, Thin Lizzy, UFO, Black Sabbath, Jethro Tull, Genesis, King Crimson, The Who and Deep Purple, among others, acquired a copy of the Fender Precision Bass for about 40 pounds, and after leaving the battery option, for which it did not have enough space. Initially Steve also had the illusion of being a football player from West Ham, however, after some thought began to devote all his efforts to his other passion, music. This led to the formation of a musical group called Gypsy's Kiss in 1972, whose first gig was at the legendary Cart & Horses Maryland Point, Stratford.
